Site Ref is Dancrai's Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The database contains configuration and change management information for all key hardware and software items installed on a clients network.

This information is necessary to allow efficient IT support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and most importantly contains all critical configuration information necessary to recover from an IT failure or disaster.
